That is easy...anything made by Glock!!! That is why I use them and have them!!!

reading these types of comments get lame. My Glock 30 jammed with FMJ ammo one time. Iv seen other glocks jam once or twice as well. Glocks are a Reliable design and everything, but the hype is ridiculously over the top. They are NOT any more reliable than a Sig or a CZ, or an XD, or whatever.

I got the Glock because it was a good deal, and I thought I would carry it. Its a great gun, but to be honest, It never gets any trigger time: the P-22 and CZ-75 get all the attention. As for carry, Thinner profile, more compact pistols see all the action there as well. I honestly don't know why I still have it....

For me it would be my friend's Walther P99 with his modifeid sights.

The only dangerous gun is the one you don't have.

my first time shooting a glock 22 it jamed 4 times, all FTF.. but any way.. as long as i pull the trigger and it goes bang thats all i need.. one shot one kill :)

Really a toss up. I trust all of my handguns in a life or death situation or I would not have them long.

But to try and narrow it down to speciffics It would probably be a Glock G17 - just because its the handiest go get too.

Runners up are SIG P229 and a 1980's vintage Ruger Security Six.

Rob

Well, the three guns I hold the most near and dear to my heart are:

Glock 21
S&W 629 Classic .44 mag.
Glock 27

I can shoot slightly more accurately with the Glock 21 at close range (25 yards and less).

The S&W with it's 8 3/8 " barrel might be a bit too much gun (size wise).

Why use the Glock 27 when I can shoot better with the Glock 21?

I say the Glock 21. I've shot many rounds through it without a single failure.

But I'm not one of those guys that believes Glock is superior to everything else out there. I just happen to like them and they like me.

I say you should use the gun you know will work for you - whatever it happens to be. The gun you know won't fail you and the gun you know you can shoot best.

My Glock 33.

All of my guns are reliable but, being my CCW gun, it's the one i'll most likely have available.

Point shoots instinctively at close combat range and does head shots effortlessly out to 25+ yards.

Based purely on caliber, my S&W 66-1. I like the .357. Based on issues of trust, hands down my Ruger P90. That gun has proven several times over to be the most reliable gun I own, and I trust it above all of my other guns. I can shoot my 1911 better, but that P90 has actually earned my trust.

Any of my S&W -centerfire- revolvers (.38 spl, .357 Mag, .44 Spl.)

If absolutely restricted to semi-auto's : only either my FN Hi Power or CZ 75B., as neither of them jammed, so far.

But preferably one of the revolvers

My Rossi 462. That way after the shooting, and LEO takes it, I am not out a large expense. Until I get it back.
