Mounting a 34mm scope on an AR10

I need recommendations for good rings or a mount for a 34mm scope tube with a 50mm objective. I originally bought an Arken SH4J to put on a bolt gun but decided I would like to put it on a PA10 with a 20"barrel.
I figured rings would be better since the Ar10 has more space for rings and not requiring a cantilever mount but if Im wrong and cantilever is the way to go, let me know. The medium vortex precision rings I bought are too short. Pic is of the rings I bought.

If you're wanting to use those rings, just buy a 1/2" riser to attach to the top of the upper. I run them on all of my AR's, as I hate the 1pc scope mounts on the market. They raise the scope up too high for my taste.

I'd go with the cantilever mount also. How far do you plan to shoot? Do you need some built-in elevation capability to keep from running out of reticle? I have a Warne 20MOA mount on my AR15 Grendel, and my scope (Vortex Viper HST) has a 50mm objective and clears the handguard with room to spare but doesn't sit high and I don't need a cheek riser to get a proper sight picture. Warne makes one for a 34mm tube. It ain't cheap, but neither it nor the scope should be for good performance.

Here's what mine looks like:

Ive used the Mark AR mount by Leupold in 1" and 30mm.
Kinda heavy IMHO.

Note, on my 1" scope, no marks in the finish.
On my 30mm, the scope had the matte finish changed, not really scratched but you could tell where rings were.

But, even using Burris signature rings (plastic inserts) Ive had such marks done on matte scopes, even when torqued properly.

I use the Arken cantilever mount in my AR-10.

The Arken mount is a nice mount for the money, they have mounts with no cant now too, 1.5" scope centerline.
$69.99 at Arken and there is a 25% off code at the moment bringing it down to $52.5
They use a 25 Torx plus for the caps and crossbolts, not a regular T25.
The torque values for the hardware is etched on the scope, which is handy.

I like taller mounts and swapped it out for a Midwest Industries 1.93" mount.

Here's how a riser ended up looking on my LBC (Light, Beater, Carbine)

What's the handguard you're running there?

The Midwest is sweet. Yes, I also like taller mounts.

Is that a bubble level on the back of that riser? Where would a guy get such an animal?

Not likely Ill shoot this one far enough to run out of elevation in that 34 mm tube. Ill definitely need more elevation when I finally build a custom LR rifle though.

It's possible to run out of reticle regardless of the tube size. I have a Millett on my M1A with a 35mm tube and it does run out of reticle (past 900 yards). It sure doesn't run out of light, though. The big tube and a 56mm objective, it sucks in light like a black hole.

The tube mounted levels are available from Vortex, as well as other scope makers. I have one on the scope I pictured above. The mount I linked above can be had with or without built in elevation.

While I mostly use cantelever mounts on my ARs, if you're happy with rings I'd just buy a riser and be done with it. But I'd check to mak sure a ring and riser setup will get your scope back far enough for your eye. I've got several short scopes on ARs and had to reverse a cantelever mount to get it back far enough.
I don't normally recommend UTG stuff but their UTG Pro riser is actually pretty good for a budget option, has rectangular tabs that fit perfectly in picatinney grooves with no front-back play, but won't fit on Weaver rails.
