Need delicious WST recipes for 9mm and .45ACP

Picked up a pound of WST the other day. Turns out my manuals have no loads for 9mm. Any suggestions? This will generally be under a 115-grain lead/plated RN. (While I'm here, how're you loading it in .45 ACP?) Thanks!

My old Winchester loading guide listed 4.5gr WST with 230gr LRN.
I loaded up MBC 230gr Softballs with 4.1gr (740 fps) and 4.3gr (776 fps) @ 1.250". These loads had a nice low ES of 30 fps and functioned flawlessly. I tend to use Unique if I want a little more punch (850 fps).
WST meters great!

I have found Magic in y 45's with WST. 4.5gr for 230gr and 4.9gr with 200gr LSWC is soft shootin, clean and down right scary accurate.

4.9 Grs WST is what I shoot with the Berrys 185 Gr HBRN @ 1.263 & 4.8 Grs WST with the Berrys 185 Gr SWC @ 1.190.

Good stuff. My 1955 Target likes these loads.
