The Right To Defend

Is Not Job Dependent

My first impression, is a lady officer, off duty and being a lady , off work like any other lady.

No different than a lady Firefighter coming home and not being able to have a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, or first aid kid.

Lady got a Right to stay safe...no matter what.

Lose the sling.

Oleg, you keep trying to be tacticool... The fence sitters who this stuff would be best targeted at (a) don't get it; and (b) are sometimes scared by it. This image would be FAR more effective with just a Beretta 92...

What is tacticool about a sling? :p

I'd hazard a guess and say the message in question (which I think is good, by the way) was developed for current use in response to various looming "assault" weapon legislation.

Nice work.

I like the second poster best of the two.

And: The sling doesn't bother me and with the muzzle angled off to the side that doesn't bother me either. :)

How about the tag, "Modern Defense Arms For All" or something like that. Keep it simple and the "For All" refers to the pledge of allegiance.

You just woke up. You barely had time for a bathrobe. Are you gonna screw around wrapping some sorta tactical carry sling all over you? Personally, something goes bump, I grab the .45. If something _really_ goes bump, I grab the 'gauge...

This makes much more sense to me.The first poster and even the second makes it seem like the police don't have to deal with thugs on the streets. If anything an officer will use an AR-15 for defense/protection more than an home owner will for HD, but that is not the point.

It'd be much better if it was something more similar to the lines of:

"The right to self protection does not stop when the shift ends."

Well I think that she needs more protection than that,if she is to patrol the mean or dead streets of Raccoon City.Barry with a rocket launcher and a Python, then the dreaded Tyrant.Well it could be Jill Valentine and yes that is an M4A1 Carbine style rifle isn't it? Or Jill in her dressing gown, trying to flee Raccoon City.

She has bigger guns, too:

I had to look back at the second version. I like it better, but I agree with another poster... lose the sling. She ain't even had time to wipe the sleep out of her eyes. Who's gonna gear up like that on that short a notice?

In my case, it's a S&W N-frame .357 or a repeatin' Winchester (no sling). AR's may be popular, but regardless of how many toys they have or don't have, they're not one-size-fits-all.
