Making reference to someone who has committed no crime as "A crook . . ." somehow does not seem to fit into the mold of someone taking the High Road.

Stating these negative, and frankly uninformed, opinions as some sort of factual information constantly is tiresome. You are better than that.

I thought the topic of discussion was the current quality of products produced by Rem Arms.

Not everything legal is moral and not all that is moral is legal.

I believe most everything stated in this thread about D'Arcy, Remington, and Rem Arms is fairly well documented in public sources of data. The bankruptcy documents are all in the public domain.

Saw a new BDL in 308 today. From the outside it lookes pretty. It was not as deep a blue as on the older ones and it appears free floated from the factory. The wood was very nice along with the bolt, buttplate. Retail is near 1000.00
