I have a 94 Krag rifle and a 96 carbine. The carbine is more accurate, so I say it's the oldest. What is the oldest rifle that is in your collection that is safe to shoot with modern standard ammo, and that you would take afield to hunt because it is still accurate? Mine is an 1898 Springfield Krag that was made in 1900, although it isn’t as accurate as fresher rifles, it would still put meat in the freezer.
