Doublehelix, I have nearly the same problem with my P365, I need to raise the front sight till it's halved by the tops of the rear sight to get on target using a combat hold. Also spoke to Sig, got the same, "if we find nothing wrong, you owe us". I was told they shoot a 3" triangle @ 15 yards, if all shots, (not sure how many), stay inside the triangle, they call it good. They also told me if I wanted, I could send in the slide and have them install a shorter front sight, (#6 is standard, they would put a #8 on), for the cost of the sight, ($60 if I remember right). Went to the range again recently, shot the gun off a rest @ 15 yards, yep, about 2-3 inches low. I'm considering changing both sights for a set of Speed Sights, they are squares instead of dots, lined up across point to point. They supposedly are set up so the front sight square will use the top point, (corner of the square), set up under your POA. I'm wondering if this is correct and put a set on, if I use a 'combat hold', (which I'm used to), maybe their sights would work perfect for my situation. Plus my eyes ain't getting any younger, might be a good move. Still thinking.
