Well actually, this stuff is pretty good..
I have a 7x57 Ackley and was looking for Winchester brass, of coarse it's tough to find, so I tried some of this Privi brass.
Ok, so they didn't polish out the annealing.. I can live with that.. but what I noticed as I was priming the brass, is the primer pockets were VERY uniform. Every seat felt exactly the same.. Not too loose or too tight, just right.
Hate say it, but the primer pockets were more uniform than much of the latest batches of Winchester brass in other calibers that I've been seeing.
The fire-forming went very well.. no failures at all.
After fire-forming, I checked the internal capacity, comparing the Privi brass against Rem and Win fire-formed brass, I discovered that the Privi brass has virtually the same capacity as Winchester brass.
Then I loaded up some test rounds and went to the range. Shot some nice groups and the brass is holding up fine.
Now I only bought 50 pieces of this brass, so others may have a different experience than mine, but so far I can't complain about this stuff.. Its pretty good.
