Has anyone loaded 30.06 Prvi Partizan brass? I'm interested in the primer pocket-if it is the same as on Remington or other U.S. brass.

THanks

I've only reloaded one box of PPU 30-06 and I don't remember notice anything different about it. I've reloaded lots of Remington and Federal 30-06, but didn't actually take the time to compare in detail.

The PPU I've used in 7x57, 7.62x54R, and 9x18 has been great.

Ive used PPU in 30-06, 25-06 and 9mm. All of it is very good quality. No problems with pockets or overall quality. I would mention that it is generally thicker/heavier than most American brands.

I have used it in 7.62x39 and 30 30 win and have had no issues with primer pockets. It seems to be good brass. The only issue I have had with it is on a few pieces of 30 30 the rim was too thick and would not fit into the shell holder.

The ppu (IMHO) is fair to ok commercial have noticed it is thin and always needs to be trimmed after the first firing. Primer pockets are good seem to hold up.
I have loaded PPU 30/06 same cases three times no cracked necks no loose pockers.
So all in all I'll load it till it won't load no more.

PPU is good stuff. Primer pockets are nice and snug after firing. Have used Winchester primers with no problems. I believe it is the best value for hard to find brass, especially when it is already loaded. Accuracy has been phenomenal from their factory ammo in .22 Hornet.
