I can't think of any gun I want that is not already available.
Bolt action Rifle...Control round feed, steel external box magazine, three position safety, iron sights on the barrel, threaded muzzle, drilled & tapped, adjustable trigger.
Choice of stock In popular calibers.
Been saying it for years. But a updated pistol in 762x39 or 9x18. Very fond of those rounds. Modern pistol with rails and night sights. Striker fired and more then 8 rounds
Translation?
Anyone know why no gun manufacturers have offered a copy/clone with upgrades?

Agreed to the 7.62x25 in a polymer frame strikerfire pistol. I actually think there might exist a conversion barrel for a Glock. There for sure is a conversion barrel for 9x18 for one of the Glock models
There are 7.62 Tokarev barrels for G20 and 1911ish 9mm or .38.
Problem is, the OAL is too great for their magazines.
You can settle for a few rounds loaded at a slant, deep seat the bullets, or handload.
Install a stout striker or hammer spring, primers are tough.
I looked at converting a 9mm SA to 9mm Makarov, there was a heavy ball load on the market at the time, cheap, too. But the supply dried up, probably just one shipment.
I'll play....
1. Revive the S&W Model 16 in .32 S&W Long. 3Ts gun, 6 inch barrel. Sell them by subscription if you have to.
2. A quality repro of the Adams percussion revolver.
3. This one is the hard one...a striker-fired pistol with an electronic trigger. Hard because electronic triggers are just now being seen on self-loading .22 target pistols, there were reliability issues that are only now being solved. But you can get the sort of trigger that the best 1911 smiths can only dream of. Then stuff it into a striker-fired gun - that was designed with a mini red dot sight specifically in mind (meaning that the sight is mounted much lower in the slide, the only part protruding is the screen).
Was not aware of these before but here is an example of a cloned Luger
