Rare cap and ball revolvers, please show and do tell! Here’s mine

Well, I was kind of joking. Although I don't think that many people have two of them from Goon though. I don't know if he fixed the lever drop it was 8 years ago that he did the work. I still haven't shot them. Maybe that's the rare part, not firing them after having them Goonerized!

@holl those look like some sweet shooters there brother!

I haven’t got to shoot my stainless 1860 either.
I had the cylinder reamed to .456 and just now found a suitable .464 round ball mold that should be here Friday. @woodnbow give me the scoop on where I could buy some round balls of correct size but I’ve hoarded so much soft lead sheet I figured it’d be best for me to find a mold. It took me quite a few months!

Izzat a Lyman mold?

What do you mean "coil springs " ? I'd like to see someone else's. It's how folks learn !! Lol !!
I knew Longhunter's added the "spring and plunger" hand spring but unaware of any others.

Thanks,
Mike

I have overplayed my hand. I should have said "coil spring", as the plunger spring is the only coil spring in the gun.

Bob Tingle's black powder revolver is rare and unique... I only have a few of his black powder single-shot target pistols though

handmade contemporary stainless Colt facsimiles

Handmade by you? Lots of work there.

handmade contemporary .36 caliber stainless steel facsimile thereof.

Some divarication there, looks sort of like a Belgian Colt Brevette.
Others look like real Colts "in the white." Demo cutaway, wow.
Got ammo for the Thuer?
