Reccomend a very accurate handgun

The Dan Wesson revolvers were said to be more accurate because of the barrel/shroud set up. The barrel is under tension which increases accuracy.

robhof that is beautiful. I only have the 4" barrel for my Dan Wesson. I found it in a pawn shop for $100. Of course that was back around 1995 & the bluing shows holster wear but I believe it is my most accurate handgun.
I was very lucky, when I 1st got my 357 Supermag back in 1992, used from a pawn shop, looking almost unfired, I immediately started looking for extra barrels and found them relatively cheap on Ebay, was able to acquire the set from a spare slotted 8" light to the 10" which is really only 9.56" from forcing cone to muzzle, and a 6" all for less than any one barrel runs used today. sadly I missed out on 2 4" barrels on auction sites for a complete set, as they didn't make 2" barrels for the Supermags and only a very few limited runs of the 12" barrels for them, no 15" according to the chief gunsmith at D/W back when I called when they 1st reopened in Norwich, and were going to run the Supers again, before being bought out by CZ.

Just like beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so accuracy is in the hand of the shooter. My opinion here but at least 80% of the accuracy of any gun is the one pulling the trigger.Just look at Hickok45, he can take any gun and after a few shots he's hitting the gong, etc. Imperfections in a gun, ammo, wind, whatever contribute to not hitting where you want.

I shoot GSSF indoor matches so I develop loads for 25yd accuracy and soft recoil. My first pistol I used was a Glock G29 10mm compact. It is an incredibly accurate pistol stock. I have since added a Glock G35 for matches but it is just not as accurate.

I have done a 1" group at 25yds and I believe I shot 55yds off-hand for fun and got a 5.5" group...

What sights did you use on the 29?

Y'know, this is totally in a different direction, but I have an old but nice Star Modelo B Super that I think is very mechanically accurate. This wasn't scientific, but we were at an outdoor range with a 50 yd distance, and then an earthen berm about another 10 yds behind it. Someone had put 5" styrofoam plates on the berm, and I was able to hit them pretty consistently with my Star and my High Standard .22lr (a Sport King). The Star has a long slide, very smooth slide action, and you don't get a lot of recoil out of it. I was seated and rested my arms on the bench. I'm a decent casual shooter, but by no means great, and I was hitting with greater than 50% accuracy. I have little doubt that the gun could shoot much better than I can, and a person with the right skills could push that percentage a lot higher.
