Is anyone aware of any groups, individuals etc... in any of the red flag law states that have filed any litigation on the constitutional status of red flag laws yet?

I have spent some time searching, and I have yet to find any pending cases, or any talking filing any suits to fight these laws.

I believe the family of one individual is suing a sheriffs office over the legality after their loved one was murdered in his own home by some over zealous deputies trying out their new swat gear. I know its in Florida but I have no idea where. It was his ex girlfriend that had him swat'd, and lets face it that is all red flagging is.

I agree with that, and I don’t believe in our bribed by Bloomberg legislators to do anything about. So our only recourse is to fight the cases in court. Which takes a lot of money, in some cases millions. So just wondered.

thanks I will do some research on Florida to see what I find
