Remington 870 Trigger Group Disassembly Video

I have been upgrading my 2004 Remington 870 Express to Police parts. I have an 870 Police trigger group on the way. Is there a good video of taking one down? Couldn’t find one. I’d like to start with a thoroughly clean part. I have a sonic cleaner I can use but it’s always better to take it apart first. Thanks.
 
I avoid taking the 870 trigger group apart and have never had a reason to do so. It pops out of the receiver and can be dunked, soaked, sprayed out or otherwise cleaned with any disassembly. They also seem to work fine with dirt, water, unburned powder, and loose bits of millet hay inside.
 
Once you've done it a few times, they really aren't that hard to dissasemble, but as tmd16556 says, to clean them, it isn't really necessary.

Eh. Probably what I’ll do. I’ll wait till it gets here but there seems to be a bit of rust near the safety. I’ll blast it with brake cleaner first and then sonic clean it before I decide what to do.
 
You can remove the safety by pushing the cross pin above it out, but be sure to have the trigger cocked, (If it is pulled, it will block removing the safety) and be careful not to lose any parts, the detent and spring tend to want to take off.
 
The carrier dog spring can be replaced easily, along with the safety. Any part of the actual trigger, sear, hammer engagement is supposed to be performed by a trained Remington armorer. Just saying...

I've never had to touch the sear, hammer engagement. It always works. I do change the 870 carrier dog spring to the 1100 black carrier dog spring as was recommended to me and have changed out many safeties for different aftermarket or removal of the J-lock safety. Police trigger group is most likely just the cast aluminum housing with the upgraded carrier spring. The nylon housing is just as robust and doesn't require lubrication in the spring cups. All but one of my 870s wear the nylon trigger group, and I only kept the aluminum trigger group on my Parkerized receiver with nice wood furniture, for nostalgia. I have a spare nylon trigger group if ever needed.
