Ok folks, just decided on buying an 870TB, and it will of course take some time to find a good one that I'm willing to plunk down some cash on. In the meantime I've been offered an interesting import.

Richland Arms (Made in Italy) single shot 12 gauge, looks to be a trap gun. It has a 32" vent rib fixed choke full barrel with front and middle bead sights, wide checkered forend, and a monte carlo cheekpiece stock with ventilated pachmayr recoil pad. The receiver is engraved, the breech end of the barrel is shaped like an octagonal barrel, and it has automatic ejectors (sent a dummy round about 4 feet behind me).

It is in good shape, and I'm probably going to buy it as a 'why not' purchase, but I've not found much info about this. No model designation, the only single shot in the Blue Book under RA doesn't list the barrel length this has, and it states the gun was only made in 1986. Odd beastie.

I'll be taking it to the range to test it out, and hopefully can get some photos to show you all, but if anyone has heard anything about this company, or has an inkling as to what this might be (other than a steal, really low price from a friend) let's hear it!
