rubber grip adapter for revolver?

Does anyone know if someone manufactures rubber grip adapters (like Hogues Hand-all) for small frame revolvers? Will the small sized Hand-all fit thightly on a small frame round butt revolver?

Why buy a slip on when you can replace the grip?

I have an obscure revolver...NEF R92 (very similar to H&R 929). I cant find after-market grips for it.

The "Werner Mod" for the J-frame: Barami Hip Grip, Tyler or Pachmayr grip adaptor, and a Hogue Hand-all stretched over the whole thing. The same principle would work with other small grips.
