Those of you who recommend the Buckmark, is the pistol reliability carried over to the carbine also? Or are these different animals?
Well, except for the fact that it's not a pistol which converts to a carbine (like the Beretta NEOS),,,
The action and frame are identical, so the reliability should also be the same.
You might consider the CZ-75B Kadet.
They (CZ) doesn't market it as an entire pistol anymore,,,
You need the 9mm version and the Kadet adapter.
They are pricey. but if you can find one,,,
It is the sweetest shooting thing on this planet.
Okay, that's a slight exaggeration,,,
But it is one heck of a pistol,,,
Very reliable and accurate.
But if this isn't your cup-o-tea,,,
Go with a Ruger Mk series or a Ruger 22/45,,,
The quality, accuracy, and reliability of those guns is legendary.
