I you want to really have some fun. get some shims, tighten up the whole action, put a stainless grip frame in place of the aluminum one, go to the pet store and get some elk antler chews. YUP at the pet store in a big box. pick the largest and cut to fit.
buff, sand, and polish. Now you have a custom Single Six .22.

Got the grips finished up and the screw escutcheons pressed in. Gonna leave it at this stage for now. Haven't even shot it yet!

Great job so far with both the work you're doing and the step-by-step photos you've included! Love the polished stainless with the matte silver finish on the rest of the gun (the loading gate was a nice added touch)! Can hardly wait for the final unveiling and first range trip!
