With the blessing of 4v50Gary, I bring to you the 1851/1860 club. All styles and calibers are welcome as long as they depict a Colt or reproduction thereof. As with the other clubs, membership is dependent upon posting a picture of your pistola(s).

Here are mine, which are all Piettas. I kind of like half fluted cylinders as you may have guessed.

OK I'm in, here is something a little different that you don't see every day.
She has "Target Sights" and a 12" barrel.

I'm in!

Here are my Armies:

In the back is the new Pietta 1860 with spare cylinder that I got during Cabela's recent sale.

In front is the 1983 ASM Full Fluted 1860 Army I found on GB last month.

The case was bought on Ebay in 2008. I just kicked out two Remington conversions. It has nice wood but the dividers are on a flocked one piece molded plastic tray.

Sadly, the corner sections are too small for a tin of caps.

Heck, I've got a footlocker full of 1860's (mainly Centaure's) but no pics and they are a continent away.

Well, like Groucho said, I'd never be a member of any club that would have me...

I think Willie should be granted CONDITIONAL membership on the condition that he agree to post pictures as soon as he gets home at which time he shall have FULL membership with all the rights and privileges entailed retroactive to the time of his post! By the way, Choctaw, what are our rights and privileges?

I don't remember how, but I posted a couple of pictures of my Walker and 1860 Belgian Colt over on the Walker Club a long time ago. I have a couple of 1851/1860's but I couldn't post pictures of them if had to... Neanderthal you know.

DoubleDeuce, here's your Centaure from the Walker thread:

and your 1851 from the Walker LRE thread:

Now you're in here.:)

Berkley,

Thanks for doing that. My kids are all grown and gone. They've left me behind with a blasted VCR... or something like that. Can't work that one either.

Maybe I should send you photos of a couple of mine.

Thanks again!

Deal me in

It's probably a good thing humans only have two hands...

A pair of Uberti 1851 Londons, a pair of Pietta 1860 Armies, and a pair of Pietta 1851 Navy .44 Brassers (I know, I know...)
