Thinking about a RIA 22 AR style.

Im going to get a BCA upper. And a PSA lower. I wonder if SW 15-22 mags will work? I like how they have the button to pull down as you load them.
Not sure. When I had the problem (mentioned earlier) with the buttons dragging causing the magazines to be unusable, someone handed me an AR22 mag from a conversion kit. It wouldn't work in my M&P as it didn't fit the mag well.

S&W did offer to replace the magazines that were problematic but I didn't bother since the new ones will eventually do the same thing.

Another option is the Tippman m4-22. I bought one as a trainer for my daughter and I and it's a true 1 to 1 for a regular AR. Mine had been fully reliable and pretty accurate. I only use a red dot and haven't benched it yet, but it's hit everything I've shot at with it out to at least 200 yards.

Right to bare has a small clip that attaches to S&W magazines to make them compatible with a standard AR magwell. Found here.

I like PSA, but give my love to the smaller vendors.
We need mice, and elephants.;)

Right now, I prefer and support "Made in USA" manufacturers more and more, whenever feasible.
It’s more important now than it ever was!

Luckily, in regards to firearms, it is
extraordinarily feasible. Many of Righttobear’s wares are simply rebranded American made products, such as the CMMG rimfire parts. They, like Bkings, are also veteran owned. (But I don’t know where Bkings sources their products.)

And I am a huge fan of PSA, since I’m a poor father of six, now. o_O

I like Glocks, but have a Dagger SW1 in my cart for when I have some jingle around my birthday. More inexpensive and American made! (Slightly easier on the eyes, too…)

+1 for the Black Dog steel lipped mags & loader. I run those and the poly lip mags as well as the S&W .22 mags with the Catch22 spacers. They're all reliable with my RTB upper. The BD 15s are my favorite, same size as 20 round AR mags, and the S&W mags come in short 10s for bench use.
