Aerial Cover

When the Shotgunners come into play, winged and otherwise flying creatures receive -5, all friendly players receive +5.

Special Note: If all Shotgunners are out of turn, values reset to even.

If all shotgunners except Moderator Mal are out of turn, winged and otherwise flying creatures receive +5, all friendly players receive -7.
