I have shot just about every .22lr ammo out there. I found that mine likes Federal Premiums bulk pack, CCI Stingers, Velocitors, and Aguila's hyper velocity ( can't remember the name). When I go shoot, I bring about 4-5 packs of CCI Stingers and a box or two of federals and I am good for the day. Out of a full 550 rd box of federal premiums, I usually have about 20 or so stove pipes and maybe one or two FTFs. No problems at all with the stingers, they cycle the action really well, and they are cleaner.
Ones I'd avoid are Golden Bullets from remington, really dirty, even on your fingers, Thunderturds (thunderbolts), CCI Mini Mags (the round is too bulbous to feed without hanging up in the throat), Federal Champions (they lead foul and are extremely dirty, almost every round burns you with gas).
I found that I lose accuracy after about 300-400 rounds, at that point I run the bore snake through the barrel. I clean the action once I get home every time I shoot it. Hope this helps.
