AW: I think that is what is known as "dry humor" with an ironic twist. As a carrier of the dry humor gene, I feel compelled to offer my translating services to those whose humor is exceedingly wet.

*sigh* You get used to the quizzical gestures and "I don't get it" looks, especially from young women. My wife was one of the understanding types, so I married her. Email was a disaster for us until the advent of emoticons. Please help us if you can. Just don't laugh. You won't do it at the right time.
