Hey everybody so it’s that time of year again. As 2018 winds to a close (where does the time go????), I have to ask what our your reloading goals for 2019?

Mine

1.)Finish my house and get the reloading setup back in place

2.)Buy something for reloading every week wither it be primers powder bullets brass or dies or other needed items

So what say you?

PS
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE ON THR!!!!

My goal is to get back into shooting regularly enough that I have a hard time keeping up on the press.

Didn't get to shoot much this year. Skills have degraded. I want to shoot more, and therefore load a lot more too. I think 7,800 rounds is a nice number for skills maintenance. That's 300 rounds every other weekend. Should get me back to where I was.

I have my rifle "collection" about where I want it, so my goal for 2019 is stop horse trading and focus on developing at least one prime load for each rifle still needing one.
The top three priorities are:
Ruger No.1 RSI in 7x57 - general purpose hunting load
Defensive Edge custom in .260 Remington - long distance target load
Cooper 54 Excalibur also in .260 Remington - medium game hunting load
Once those are tuned in, I'll go back to playing with my Ackleys.

Oh, and get to the range at least once a month.

To load more 9mm than we shoot. With me shooting a 9mm in uspsa and steel challenge, and a 9mm pcc in steel challenge. and my granddaughter shooting pcc it will be tough.

Have been stock piling reloading components for years, was stunned to discover how much is squirreled away. The quantities are so vast, I best not speculate (on line) how rounds it could total.

My goal is to get it all reloaded if possible, so its in a usable format....and to teach my two grandsons how to reload. Thus achieving two goals at the same time.

Me too, I have 7k 9mm alone to shoot up before that happens, I had a failed knee operation and through my down time I loaded every piece of working brass I had for all my calibers. Now I'm back on both feet again and the bills are paid, I am shooting a lot and reloading nothing.
I enjoy reloading a lot so I'm shooting a lot now but it will be a while before I put a dent in my stash.
I really need to shoot these down a little so I'm working on that now and within a couple months I will be back at the press.
100 rounds a week of 9mm, 100 rounds a week of .357 mag.
I'm working on it.
My goal is to also get back to where I was before the operation and the $7000.00 it cost me. And yes I had insurance, I leave that one alone.

Want to add 243 and 327 to the line up. Buddy just bought a bullet mould so finding a source of lead is also on the docket.

Edit: these will be my first rifle and revolver reloads so learning all around next year.

Me, too, especially skeet.

I have a couple prairie dog rifles that I am working on and would like to get the best ammunition set up for them.

I have some bullet casting projects on the back burner as well.

I'm also going to get back into rifle shooting, I found an outdoor range that is close, that I just have to check out after the snow storm passes.
Two hurricanes, a tropical Storm that dumped as much water as the hurricanes in two months, and now a 12"+ snow storm. What's next. :(
Good thing I'm shooting at an indoor range that allows rifles right now. I may need to start there.

Hi...
Need to get started on the reloading regimen for next year's shooting season. Hopefully l will get that started before the end of the year. Going to be tough with my wife's birthday coming up next week and the upcoming holidays.
I have thousands of handgun rounds to load for 9 or 10 different calibers and an undetermined number of rounds(but certainly many hundreds) for at least seven or more different rifle calibers.
Thankfully I have a decent supply of powders, primers and bullets stockpiled.
Also have two Hornady LNL progressives and a RockChucker ready to go. And my grown son as a willing helper...

My goal is to load all of my 44's and 45's this coming year. I have a favorite load for all of the cartridges that I load for and I load pistol cartridges in quantity. I started this year resizing, inspecting, tumbling and priming them. I have also been casting bullets for them. There will be between 3000 + 5000 of each. I've also been going through my loaded round cabinet making sure that I have shot up all of the last batch. I keep finding partial boxes containing loaded rounds.

My Pie-in-the-Sky goal is to buy a Mark 7 Evolution progressive press before another price increase...the primer feed add-on jumped from $1000 to $1700
