I use only the best; Extreme Shock. This stuff is the BEST ammo ever made. Trust only the Extreme. One 9mm round will obliterate your BG, and even is know to take out 1000lb boars. Special Forces uses it in their MP-5s to punch through multiable BGs with One round or other harden targets.

I carry Golden Saber in my 40 S&W and Hornady XTP in 40 and 45, they offer better penetration than a lot of the other ammunition, feed reliably, and have very decent expansion.

I use the generic Winchester Ranger 155's in my 40's. This stuff runs $17.95/50, which I like. I shot one of these into a row of 5 milkjugs, the bullet penetrated 4 of them and the mushroom was impressive. I know its not indicative of real world performance, but I'm sure these will do the job.
