Go SALUKIS!!!

Criminology Grad Student and slave (I mean graduate assistant)!

Former Life:

John Deere Technical Writer (Job is now in India)
Deputy Sheriff (part-time)
EMT (Full-time / Part-time)
Policy Advisor
English Teacher
Full-time undergraduate student at SOUTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY!

Retired carpenter - Not my choice but due to physical disailities no longer able to work.

I drive American Cars & Trucks built in America - 1970 Plymouth Sport Fury and 1972 Dodge Camper 9000 Pickup.

Retired Army officer, Nursing Home Administrator. Formerly certified Motorcycle Safety Instructor (until an accident made me quit this fun part-time summer job).

I'm an electronic technician for a riverboat casino. I fix the monitors, bill validators, ticket printers, etc., so that everything looks good (i.e. lit up, the bosses love that) and can take your money.:D Been at it for over ten years.

Before that I worked as a produce clerk in a grocery store after being laid off.

Before that, i worked as a technician and service manager for a pinball and video game distributor. This began as my co-op job from a technical college.

Weapon Systems Analyst for a major defense contractor. I'd rather be a math teacher, though. Math is a lot more fun than crunching a bunch of numbers AND making pretty pictures.

Deputy Sheriff, Shellfish Warden, Respiratory Therapist - I work in LE because I want to, the hospital because I have to (easy money).

We have a Cadillac Deville, a Dodge Durango, and a Mitsubishi Spyder (sorry). I did own a Ford once.

Retired Air Traffic Controller...

Oh yeah.. And then I worked at Sears for 18mo. to qualify for SS.. :barf:

gego:

Of all of the jobs I've seen listed on this thread the only one I envy is the 3rd one listed on your post..

You are blessed.

Best Wishes,

Bike Patrol Officer for an Indian Casino in Southern California. I actually get to carry a real weapon. In California. Weird. We work very closely with Riverside County Deputies as well.

Soon to be joining the Army in either Cavalry scout or Infantry, with a Ranger school option, by way of Airborne.

At 23 (almost 24) I'm sick of waiting for something to happen, and I think I need someone shooting at me to make myself feel better :)

brokendreams:

The young man behind our place is in his early 20's.. He is a Sgt. in the Scouts, has been to Iraq either 2 or 3 times already, and is scheduled to deploy AGAIN in January..

You have the potential for a lot more excitement than you might imagine.

Best of Luck to ya..

I'm one of the starving real estate agents you keep hearing about on the evening news. :banghead:

I also instruct CCW classes. Sad that I can make more $$ right now instructing CCW classes than what I can at what is supposed to be the paying job.:fire: But I have more fun instructing!!:D

Anyone want to buy a house in central Ohio from a pro-gun/pro-CCW Realtor, who's also a leader of a 2nd Amendment rights organization?:)

My job;

I'm a consultant to a telephone company I used to own. Sold my interest in the company, formed a corporation (LLC) and sell my companies services back to the telephone company.

First real paying job was as an 8541 in the "crotch" and I think it was my all time favorite also. Didn't pay much but the fun and games never quit.
