I'm the IT Manager for a midsized independent outfit that does MRIs, CTs and Xrays and such in MA and RI. We have a bunch of independent sites, and I (get to? have to?) design, maintain, develop and repair all the infrastructure, software, hardware, hospital connection, modalities, etc etc etc for PACS, RIS, and the overall computer network. Basically make sure everything computerey works.

My job title changes depending on what I feel like calling myself- sometimes "The Computer Guy". sometimes "Director of IT". I have one guy working for me as well as an outsorced group.

I drive a 99 Audi A6 and a 94 Mazda B3000 built in a Ford plant. All the parts say FORD on them, except for the tailgate. I love it, 4WD, 3 liter V6 in a small truck. It's littered with shell casings and grass.
