What is the last gun that you bought?

The second one was an impulse buy. I played with a green laser one at a friend's, and just went for it.

To pair up with a Savage Mk-IIF rifle.

The Pistol has a matte black finish,,,
So I named her Elvira after the Mistress of the Dark.

This pair will make a nice grab-n-go range set.

Walther PPQ M2 Target 5" 22lr and a Walther PPQ M2 5" 9mm ... fell in love with those during range testing for a new pistol for my wife.

I bought two at the same time. The first is a Springfield 1911 Champion in
9mm. Lightweight 4" barrel, full sized grip with fiber optic sights. For some reason, a 32 ounce 1911 carries better for me than my Glock 19.

The second one is a Ruger LCR 6 shot .327 Magnum. I always liked guns chambered for the .327 mag. Allows me to use about 6 different .32 caliber bullets from very soft recoiling .32 short to .32 H&R magnum and .327 magnum which is a pretty potent round similar to a .357 magnum but with 80% of the recoil. Feel safe with one in my pocket.

I decided finally I wanted a CZ 452 so today I went to the local Gander Mountain and ordered one. I was able to get the CZ 452 verse the newer CZ 455 because I wanted the LH (Left Hand) flavor. I can't remember the last rifle I bought as new. :) Should have the rifle by Thursday the 28th.

Rock Island 1911 9 mm tactical. This is a very nice pistol for what I payed for it $500. There are some who bad mouth the 1911s made in the Philippines, granted they are not a Wilson,Baer etc but all in all not a bad choice if you don't have a lot of cash on hand. I have a 140 gr 9 mm swc cast from a Saeco mold and it feeds in this pistol without a hitch. If another happens my way I might just grab it.

I had great luck with the few that I have owned.

I completely forgot to post a picture of my Henry U.S. Survival takedown rifle that I bought a while back to use as a backyard plinker.

I did find a good use for it a couple of months ago when my wife alerted me to the fact that there were a couple of vultures in the front yard trying to attack and possibly carry away our elderly cat.

A COM shot with a CCI Stinger caused them to change plans and seek out easier prey.

Ruger Single Six and a West German Sig p220. I bought them on the same day a couple of years ago. I ought to add more to the collection.
