A Marlin Model 60 in stainless and the black and white laminate. A month ago it was a NEF Pardner Protector 12 ga.. Both were new, cheap and gorgeous IMO.
I've been looking for a Marlin Model 60 for the longest time now, but to no avail
That's why I think it's bizzare, finding a Model 60 should not be this hard. I've found plenty of Ruger 10/22s and magazine fed Marlins, but I much prefer the way the Model 60 looks. I'm living in Seattle right now, maybe I haven't been searching correctly, but I've checked all the local Big 5s, and 4-5 different gun stores, and none of them have them in stock.Eh? It's the most common .22 rimfire rifle in the world--over 11,000,000 made since its introduction in 1960. Where do you live that you can't find one?
Congrats on the Model 10--it's an iconic firearm, IMO.
