I found a revolver I'd been wanting for a long time. Ten years ago I had to sell a S&W M57 to satisfy an evil mortgage company and missed it and the .41 Magnum.
Four years ago I got a Henry Steel Carbine in .41 and have been wanting a Blackhawk in .41 as a companion piece for at least that long.
Yesterday after getting a haircut I went to a pawn shop I don't usually frequent. They had the Ruger and in great condition. It was made in 1980.

Ruger Precision Rifle in 22LR



Long story short, I was talking to an AK guy at our local show, he introduced me to his boss who was into HK’s and I had a tub of leftover HK 91/G3 parts, he happened to have a RPR 22LR in inventory and he traded me straight across for these leftover barrels, stocks, sights & miscellaneous small parts I’d had under my bench for 10+ years … so we both win!

Traded in my Ruger EC9S for a Max 9. The Max 9 has higher capacity (10 vs 7) and better sights (Tritium front sight) in essentially the same size gun. Bonus was that holsters I used with the EC9S fit the Max 9.

Today I bought a Sig P365 X Macro Tacops for me and a Ruger Security 380 for the wife. She's had a hard time racking the slides on other guns but she can rack this one but she says it ugly lol. I brought them home and have cleaned the Sig - love this gun.

In February, I picked up a Sig Sauer P365-380 for myself and a Bersa Thunder.380 for the wife. Both are paired with a Sticky holster, which we really like. Wasn`t sure of the weapon retention with the Sticky holster at first until the saleslady pulled her shirt up and showed us how secure it was on her since she was wearing one. We bought them on the spot.
