What is the last gun that you bought?

Stoegger Uplander 20 ga side by side.
Recently located a big pocket of ruffed grouse and another of blues, too!

Ruger Security Six, 4", SS. I had been looking for a nice one at a reasonable price for a while. Guess I'll will this one to one of the grand kids!

Bet you feel a whole lot better, since your wallet got a whole lot lighter. Right ?:D
It wasn't so bad. I traded one of my Detective Specials towards it. I still have the nicer one and the Police Positive Special from the same year.

Picked up a Colt LE9620 on my Bday a week ago. I figure birthday's and voting day are good day's to buy a firearm. Not than any day isn't, those just stand out to me.

I bought a cheap 22 revolver for $50 bucks yesterday its a Hi-Standard R 101 9 shot. It is really good shape for a 65 yr. old gun. It locks up tight and shoots straight i'll use it for a tackle box gun and for punchin holes in paper or whatever.

Glock 22, my first Glock and the most confusing firearm on earth. Two hands = can't hit a thing, one hand not even trying, dead on. I don't get it.

Picked up a virgin preban ('94) 7.62/.308 KAC SR-25 upper/lower receiver set that came with a standard AR pistol grip, takedown pins, and ejection port dust cover installed. Let the new build begin!

I also just won a 9mm S&W M&P Shield in a local gun forum raffle. I'm psyched! I never win anything! New summer carry!

Well, my last purchase was a Remington 12A pump .22 rifle. No, it isn't new. It's serial number says it was manufactured in April of 1936! I bought it at Red's Trading Post in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Idaho's oldest gun shop. The salesman said the employees had been using steel wool and oil to try to get some of the rust off the barrel for several days. I brought it home! I tried the little gun and it worked great. So I did a little work on it. The pictures aren't plain enough to see the rust or how badly the stocks are damaged. Also the refinished ones don't show up as well as I would have liked for them to.
Anyway, that's the last gun that I purchased.

Well... I thought I was done, but lo and behold something followed me home.

I just joined the Airweight club this weekend. Picked up a brand new no-lock 642. Got to run one quick cylinder of rounds through it; very happy with my purchase so far.

Smooth Operator Gets A Deal

I bought a cheap 22 revolver for $50 bucks yesterday its a Highpoint R 101 9 shot. It is really good shape for a 65 yr. old gun. It locks up tight and shoots straight i'll use it for a tackle box gun and for punchin holes in paper or whatever.

Hey Dawg, you got yourself a High Standard Sentinel, and from what I can see, you also got yourself a "good deal" for 50 bucks.
Congrats!:)

Just paid for a Springfield Omega 10mm. It's in jail for a while. Can't find a picture online that does it justice... Polished Blue, walnut grips, ported, dual MONSTER extractors (the gun headspaces on the extractors! - Bound to be hard on brass). Extremely well fitted gun.

Should be ALMOST as much fun as a LAR Grizzly!
