The Luger market is nuts.
The Luger market is nuts.
I would have to say that anything that is not "standard" seems to be very undervalued as far as manufacturers are concerned (not worth their time to build a gun in that caliber) but overvalued price-wise. I'd be interested to see more manufacturers build 5.7x28mm pistols

Overvalued: Every gun at the local gun shops.
Undervalued: Every gun you take to them as a trade-in.
Consumer: "I won't buy until it's already tested, proven, cheap, and plentiful"
Maker: "I won't make 'em until it's guaranteed marketable for the next 30yrs"
I haven't read that anywhere but I agree. Everyone carries a semi-auto or the really popular revolvers (like the J-frame). I'm used to semis and it is what I own but I know enough about guns to see the usefulness of revolvers. I have my eye on a .357 snub nose when I find one for a good price.gym said:Under are very few, most revolvers not made by S&W are underpriced, people don't shoot them as much anymore. I read the other day that most new shooters never even fired one.

I would argue that if the caveat is that they are underpriced because they are not made by S&W, that S&W are actually overpriced.
Under Valued: Dan Wesson with four barrels for under $800. I could have bought one at a Gun Show last weekend for $725.
