What's your most " Fun Gun"

Hmmm. I really don't know. Suppressed Buckmark maybe; it's a hoot. But I'm also enjoying playing with a Bergara Premier HMR Pro in 6.5 PRC.

I recall back in the day when MNs were DIRT cheap - like 70 bucks with tax cheap - but ammo was seriously expensive.
100 rds cost significantly more than the rifle.... IF you could get it.

I lucked out. I got it before the guns got more expensive and after the ammo started flooding over.
Hostage negotiation saw me leaving with half a can of ammo and Ivan, and only leaving Benjamin behind.

For pure exhilaration my Desert Eagle L5 in 50ae. -Packs a wallup but isn't punishing like one would expect it to be.

For all day fun at the range, hitting anything I look at and protecting the homestead from zombie beer cans; my Browning 1911 380. It is like a soft shooting .22lr but with a breach lock.

Hmmm...that's a tough one. Now that I don't compete as much as I used to most of my recent purchase have been more of the "fun to shoot" type. But when I think about ones that best at being fun to shoot and not a good fit for anything else I'd have to say my .44 Desert Eagle.

Although since I'll only shoot this occasionally and it's always a joy to shoot my Bren Ten is a close second.

Everybody loves the scoped slabsides Ruger MKII. Fun for all.

For myself, there's always something new. I'm enjoying point shooting my new Vaquero, and familiarizing myself with my recently acquired S&W 1066.
And the VEPR is always loud & proud. I may get that front sight properly adjusted yet.

My AR in 7.62 x 39. Russian ammo is almost as cheap as rimfire. At 50 -100 yards it's very accurate. It blows things up way better than .223s. This is the gun I use to introduce new shooters to the hobby, they all come away grinning.

I read this yesterday before I went to the range and couldn't make up my mind. The 357s aren't as much fun since the severe arthritis in hands started. I brought the Sig 226 Legion 9mm and my 38 spl model 10 LE trade in to the range. I left thinking how much I enjoy shooting the M10 maybe because I shoot it better or maybe because I just like revolvers. The M10 isn't the loudest, prettiest, most expensive in the safe but may be the most fun. My M64 is a fun gun too. So my least expensive revolvers are the most "fun" at the moment.

Beretta Pico
I just love this gun, shoot it weekly. I get a special kick out of shooting a pocket gun well. I always shoot it each range trip after I shoot my 9mm's. Yesterday trip shot the Pico and realized this is really the gun I have had the most fun with over the years. 200 rds of sheer delight yesterday. Could have gone on shooting all day, but did not bring enough ammo. IMO, I believe ounce for ounce on of the best firearms ever made.

Not my pic, but shows this gun well.

Like many here, it's a tough call.
Comes, goes and varies.
Single actions are always "fun".

As of today and right now, I would say my Henry .22 Small Game Carbine and an old S&W Model 10-5 that I picked up.

I recently bought a S&W model 640 because it would be more "fun" to shoot/practice with than my 642. So I will mention that one as well.

Another of my inexplicably fun guns is this old beast.
It was one of those situations where I'm walking past a friend's table and this thing all but reached out to me screaming "BUY ME!"
And I did.

I can't say why, given my alternatives to shoot, that this is SO damn fun.
Perhaps, I am continually surprised that there is any accuracy whatsoever?;)

Beyond enjoyment, beyond gratification, not remotely *cool*.... It is just simple fun!

Todd.

I feel the same way about my Glock 42. It's more fun to shoot than a .22 LR, and I can reload for it as cheaply as 9mm.

My M&P .22 LR. I always go back to that one when I want to see how far I have come and just have some fun.

Hi...
I have a pretty good cross section of handguns, rifles and shotguns across a fairly broad spectrum of calibers.
My favorite...whichever one I am shooting at the moment.
Single shot, SA revolver, DA revolver, semi auto pistol, bolt action rifle, lever action, semi auto rifle, pump action shotgun, semi auto shotgun...I shoot them all in multiple calibers and enjoy them all.

They are all fun or I wouldn't have them.
