The only time bids should be made is the last 30 minutes.
I think the reality is with this current economy, money is just tight…and more deals will follow.I've gotten a few crazy deals of late also. Maybe prices and availability are finally moving towards "normal" for a while.
I'm inclined to think this as well. Deals are popping up. Also, it's the seasonal low season for ammo, and we're seeing prices we haven't seen in years. Guns haven't quite followed yet, but the deals on used guns are definitely out there. Market is soft for sellers right now, I think. A couple years ago when people were flush with government COVID money and before inflation really took off, it was easy to sell guns and knives. Now, you gotta slash prices to move things.I think the reality is with this current economy, money is just tight…and more deals will follow.
Yep, I don't have time to sit around and track auctions. Just put in your max bid and see what happens. Either your max bid is good enough or someone else wanted it more.Eh, I like the autobid feature thing. That way I put in my max and just forget about it unless it wins

My fiancee is much the same. I mainly need to explain to my own budget spreadsheet what I did.Nice grab!
I did that on a dirt bike on ebay around 2002. It was almost new and bids were up to $2600, on a bike that retailed for $5800. I bid $2650 and an hour later, I won. Had to tell the wife what happened and she actually thought it was pretty cool.
I pride myself in conserving cash when making a gun purchase, leaves more money for ammo!!You all should be ashamed of yourselves
