Which 6.5 is the best?

I enjoyed12ga & 308 for the better part of 40 years with a lot of 223/5.56 sprinkled in. About 4 years ago the doc said no more 12ga & 308 if I want to keep use of my shoulder without surgery. I wasn't done shooting and the 223/5.56 doesn't have the thump to reach out. The Creedmoor was just emerging, I almost got the 260, but the slightly higher case capacity won me over, so I built my first one on a 308 AR-10 receiver, since then I've rebarrel end my SiG SSG-3000 in 6.5 Creedmoor as well, and thinking of building a Grendel as it seems to have won out over the other flavors ... then I'll only have to keep one projectile and a couple powders on hand.

I love 260 Remington. Excellent ballistics, low recoil and ability to load from 110 to 140 grains and remain sub MOA. Most accurate load is Berger VLD 135 grains followed closely by 120 grain Nosler BT.
