Yeah I am on an email chain with somebody who works at CTD. They said stock is picking up and prices are going back to prelection.

does anyone want 7.62x39? I heard a few days ago no one was going to pay 10$+ for 20 rounds and now this

super deal of 4.99 each!

I dont think prices to pre elc this soon.....

I was at 3 different walls marts this week noone had ammo...still over priced.....

He said they are working on getting back to prelection prices. That they have been able to keep shelves stocked longer and supply is up. I hope he is right.

I just bought 500rds of S&B 9mm from CTD, and yes it was in stock. It wasn't quite priced at pre-election prices ($11.xx/box o' fitty), but it wasn't bad, all things considered.

I wish it was still $2 a box:(

Though I bought some for $5 dollars a box earlier this week, from AIM.

I'm already sitting on 2700 rounds that I bought at 175/case 2 years ago, its a decent deal, but I don't need any right now.:p

Now wait a minute ! You people don't like Wolf remember ? It has steel cases that will break your extractor, and make your pretty gun all dirty and nasty . Go buy that expensive stuff, that your gun likes so much, and leave all that junk Wolf for me.......

Simple. Anything Obama WANTS to do, whether or not he can do it at all, it's years away. The "woman" he is "pushing" into office is a Supreme Court Nominee, who has very little track record on guns at all, is replacing another anti-gun justice who is stepping down, and there is absolutely no way to know that she will ever see a significant anti-gun case on her desk at all. The current demand is driven by fear and panic. It can't stay this high forever, and supply and demand are about to scream past each other going opposite directions on the commerce highway.

'Roger that' MLJ.

Apparently the people have discovered that since no new ammo or gun legislation has passed, there is no reason to panic any more.

There will probably be a drop in AR and 'AK' clone prices soon.
Many of the semi-auto rifle scalpers will face selling at a loss, if they wait a while.

xbox (and THR partners):
Interesting question, but any new legislation would come from the Congress or Senate, and the Cabinet moved quickly weeks ago to muzzle (silence) Attorney General Eric Holder when he brought up the inflammatory words "assault rifle ban", in reference to sources for the Mexican drug gangs. The point is that the Cabinet and Nancy Pelosi squelched his words the moment it started.
This is proof that the general timing was really bad and that they do not 'hold all of the high cards' in this game of bluff.

But if they did hold all of the high cards, then why were they so careful with their words? No matter what they held weeks ago, their position is worse now, with revelations that Nancy was briefed on the water-boarding interrogations, exposing that so many Dems were hypocrites, when they were continuously taunting the former GOP Administration. And people are noticing that will the huge spending bill, job growth could be very slow (as was well-known before it passed), so why would they risk passing an anti-ammo or gun bill?
