I have seen Wolf 7.62 x 39 in two flavors: FMJ Military and hollow pointed that sell in individual small boxes of 20.

I've built up my stash over the last few year's, 2600 rounds of Wolf 7.62x39, the SKS is good to go.:) I didn't pay more than $175/1000 for any of it.

mp5a3 beat me to the mention about AIM's new prices.

Ammoman (includes shipping) has also come down a good bit in the last two weeks.
The fact that so many people decided not to panic this spring/summer, and refused to pay ludicrous prices really works.

Some of these price changes could also be the result of nervous scalpers who kept their ammo far too long.
Although he might not be a true scalper, a guy at Gunbroker had 60,000 rds. of x39 for sale over a month ago: located in NH.
I saw his listed items.

My Saiga in 7.62x39's certificate rated it at roughly 5 moa. At 75 yards, i kept a group about that large with wolf FMJ's using only iron sights. I'm not saying i'm an uber-sniper, or even a really good shot. But i think that if you crunch those numbers, the wolf stuff goes well enough to what you're aiming at. (and on a side note, i'm pretty sure whoever signed that factory accuracy test certificate was either lazy, blind, or drunk. The rifle shoots better than i can)

That's great because the way things are changing and coming to you won't regret that. It will be a low cost purchase compared to buying it today if they are available.

Well with things like this ou can only image it is being at home. But I woul rater by by home,
