These are very interesting, thanks for posting. I did read the Free Beacon article but somehow missed the links to these documents. So the roommates said their idea of a fair resolution would be for the firearms to be kept under lock and key, and subsequently the police visited and confirmed that that is the case. So I don't understand why the landlord still wants her to move out.
