I enjoyed shooting the 43 but I chose the sig for mag sizeI say the Glock 43 because, I already have one.
I agree, I chose the sigThe Glock looks and feels chunky to me, the SIG appears to be more slim and thus better suited for pocket carry. Plus the SIG has higher capacity. Other than that, they are both excellent choices for CC.
I have around 1000 round so far no issues, the circumstances I read about were on blogs and hear say....the few actual data were not enough to say that sig has a huge issueWith the caveat that the 365 I had worked just fine and still does, by it's new owners account.
The thing that mostly bothers me about the 365 issuss is the worst ones (broken striker, dead trigger) seemed to happen after 1K rounds more often than early on, by accounts I've read, so you really cant trust that just because it ran fine for a few hundred it will continue to do so.
Of course any gun can break on any shot, but I personally wouldnt trust the 365 has the issues ironed out for a while yet, myself.
I did much the same delaying a Gen 4 9mm Glock for several years.
Just my $0.02, worth what ya paid for it. Less, most likely
Agreed mate!Glock had some issues when they first came, especially in 40SW. I don't see everyone bashing and claiming they are no good. MY 365 has been flawless; I have owned it about 6 months; it has about 1K so far downrange. I'm calling that good enough for me.
I have shot both and I felt the 43 was initially better in the hand however i did go with the sig for mag size, now I prefer it over the 43I've put only a couple mags through the 43, possibly not enough to render a fair judgement on the piece, but it didn't come close to my P365 in terms of ergonomics, accuracy, natural point, sights, and trigger. The 365 instantly felt great in my hand; the 43 would for sure require a learning curve. Plus, the trigger and the superb sights of the SIG are both so superior to the Glock ...
