I don't see it as close to a P365XL for what that is worth. Their website shows the "grip width" as 1.1 inches and another website listed width as 1.25 inch. The Glock 19 width is 1.28 inches as widest point for comparison. Still always good to see more options though with these newer...
My choice between the two would be the Glock 26 without a second thought though in that category of double stack subcompact I own the HK P30K that I am extremely fond of. I also have a gen 2 Glock 19 that I carry often. I tried a Glock 26 at a factory demo day at LGS and found it to be a very...
My favorites are my HK P30L, HK45, SIG P226 and SIG P228,. I have a CZ SP01 Shadow and it is a great shooter, though big and heavy, but has a safety and no decocker so I don't consider it DA/SA. You can get CZs with a decocker though but not both like with HK or Beretta.
Though I don't own a CZ...
Same here as far as the Buckmark and Ruger Mark series. I personally prefer the grip angle of the Buckmark or Ruger 22/45. My Buckmark is such a pleasure to shoot and the weight is comparable to my SIG P226, maybe a few ounces more. My M&P 22 Compact is fun to shoot but the light weight makes...
I like my M&P 22 Compact as it has been very reliable but a bit on the small side for me and the trigger is OK but not great.
I have really been thinking about the Glock 44 which is same exact size as Glock 19. Initial problems with the Glock 44 was resolved not that long after it' s release...
Kind of apples vs oranges comparing the 1911 to the M&P IMHO and depends on your priorities.

Might also want to take a look at the Springfield Armory Garrison and Mil Spec too if you might want to spend less on a more basic quality 1911...
I shoot Automatch that I bought from Walmart 2-3 years ago and it shoots great for me, reliable and accurate in my Browning Buckmark, SW M&P 22 Compact, Marlin 99, and Ruger 22. It is a bit softer load however than CCI Mini Mags and such though.
Wichester Wildcat is the worst I have ever tried...
I remember when SIG resurrected the P225 a few years back because there was supposedly so much demand for it from online enthusiasts and such. Problem is hardly anyone actually bought the new P225 and before long it was discontinued. Walther made the steel frame PPQ and when word got out of it...
Possible the holster flexed and moved/pressed the trigger on the P320 as the officer was manipulating the legs of that person. Unlike Glocks and most other striker fired pistols the P320 has no dingus trigger safety that will not allow the trigger to discharge the weapon in such situation unless...
As far as cleaning the Buckmark IMHO and according to the manual filed stripping is something to do occasionally and not needed on a regular basis. I clean and lightly lube ours with the bolt locked back, where access is available from either side, using Q-Tips, a few patches or paper towels...
That's a great pistol at a great price and nice shooting too. My wife never liked shooting until I bought us a Buckmark Stainless Camper and she loves that pistol which gave her confidence in her shooting abilities and she also has her own 9MM pistol now, A Smith and Wesson EZ Shield Performance...
I still read about a fair number of barrel problems with the TX22 though considering the amount sold I am sure it is a small percentage of owners. The slide end breaking off has been fixed with a re designed recoil spring assembly. I have not heard of barrel problems with the TX22 Competition...
Buy a Canik and then get the threaded barrel for it for around $90. I would take that option any day over the Taurus for not a lot of money plus the trigger on the Canik will be a lot better at minimum and also multiple backstraps to fit the pistol best to the shooter...
