I am not new to reloading, but am just getting into .223. I have some good sources for once fired crimped brass, soooo that means I better learn how to do it. I would like to see what you guys think is the easiest, most idiot proof tool out there is. It wouldn't hurt if it was fast too ;)...

    Kimber "pro series" opinion?

I am thinking about picking up a Kimber Pro series (not sure which model yet). All of them have the 4" bbl that I am looking for in a carry gun, but honestly what concerns me is the "bushingless" system that they use. What are your experiences with them, because like my buddy says when it...

    Question

I have a 28" ported bbl on my mossy 500a. I bought a set of chokes for it and one of them is an extended length choke that is ported as well. So my question is since the barrel is already ported would using the extended ported choke help, hurt, not make any difference at all?? Thanks, Toby

    Pawn Shop Special!!

Pawn Shop Special!! ** Added Pics** I just picked up a Mossberg 500A in a gun sock at a pawn shop this weekend for $80. It's not beautiful, but certainly not in bad shape at all. Action is smooth cycles rounds good, and just needs a bit of clean up. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet so...

Well here in Washington we only get 1 deer a year, and some years you're lucky if you can even do that! To give you a little premis, I had gotten deer the first 5 consecutive years that I hunted, and was begining to think that this hunting thing wasn't all that difficult. Then due to Health...

So as some of you know, Jackofalltrades and I shoot our local BE indoor league, and do pretty well at it. But decided we want to start competing in more traditional BE matches also. My main concern going in was my lack of experience with my CF gun, like the fact that I have only shot any kind...

    I finally did it!!

So after shooting BE for a couple years, I have up until this point only shot rimfire matches. But between me and Jackofalltrades (mostly him prodding me) we have decided to compete more traditionally. So yesterday for the first time I shot my .45 for score(it was a practice match). We had...
