doesn't it seem quite possible that the prices are NOT overinflated? I mean, it's a price for a cash deal FTF transaction...(the so called 'loophole', right?) so, the gangbangers and other assorted hoodlums can walk in and overpay someone cause they've got excess cash laying around, right...

I'd suggest reading Gutmacher's book on this topic. He specifically says that as long as your not in the 'bar area' of a restaurant you're okay. I'm with the 'hold the dummy responsible for his mistake' crowd.

wow. i stand corrected then, if you all have had good experiences with these folks. i've just got a lot of concerns when folks ask for information, especially online...can't be too careful in this day and age.
