With the new arm brace rules coming out, would the Ruger .22 Charger qualify as okay for an arm brace? I have thought about one of these for a truck gun and was curious if anyone had looked at them for the arm brace qualifications. Before this breaks down into an ATF discussion, I do not like the new rules either, but I have no desire to be the test case.

Mine's an older wood laminate stock so I've been thinking of going form 1 with it for a slick SBR... But I do think you're gtg with the new models that have a rear rail.

If I understand the point system correctly it has to weigh 64 oz or more with empty mag in place, accessories removed before point system takes effect.
If/when it takes effect the charger SBGTG.
