If you really want it closed just PM a Mod and ask him to do it for you.

I don't have any "just because" mods. Most of the mods on my 1911s were simply changing this or that part out to what I prefer. Long trigger, flat MSH, short guide rod, rubber grips, slotted screws, etc.
If it works as is, I'm more of a planner than a doer. I had a SA Mil-Spec that I had plans and a bunch of parts for, never installed them though. I just shot it, and it never failed.
