BREAKING: Worth v. Harrington (D. MN): Judge strikes down Minnesota's under-21 carry ban

OK. When are we going to see some AWB's getting struck down?

I don't see how you can justify them legally post Bruen, so it depends on how much the lower courts (9th especially) want to fight with the Supreme Court. The wheels of justice turn slowly...

It seems to me that in this Minnesota case (Worth v. Harrington), the judge is stretching the Bruen rationale to the limit. An age 21 requirement for carry seems reasonable, and consistent with historical precedents. I wouldn't be surprised if this Supreme Court, pro-gun as it is, overturns this judge's ruling (if it gets to them).

Not all ostensibly pro-gun decisions are to our benefit, long-term. We have to be careful not to get ahead of ourselves, and not too far ahead of public opinion.

Really? For the vast majority of the nation's history, the age 21 wasn't a requirement...not until 1968.

I understand your concerns, but I don't believe we should let public opinion dictate what rights we are willing to forgo.
