The real question is how much time you have between drying and starting to process the cases.
I wet tumble. After they are rinsed of I place them in a cheap bath towel, bring the corners together to make a "sling", and bounce the cases/sling with my other hand. Dries the outside well. Some flash holes and interiors need a bit of time. I keep mine in a climate controlled room. Humidity is never silly (40%-55% depending on season etc). I process them a day+ after this. No issues.
