I won't own a gun that won't function with any ammo I feed it

paulsj: It was nice to recently trade a rifle for the .380 Mak I had sold to a gun buddy last spring. Very good to have it back!
Will be much easier to conceal under a t-shirt this summer compared to my Sig 228 and CZ 75D 'PCR'.

There are plenty of both .380 (or some 9x18) commercial Russian Makarovs and 9x18 Bulgarian military Makarovs for a modest price.
We seldom see any at our small gun shows, but plenty are on Gunbroker and sometimes on Armslist.

My Hi-Standard H-D .22 with all the Olympic bells and whistles.doesn’t like Remington .22 cheapies at all.
Never had an issue with other brands, but it’s the best damned .22 pistol I have...
Likewise my High Standard Trophy. It won't reliably chamber Aguila; too much bullet lube. When the chamber gets hot enough, the lube will slowly melt until the slide closes fully by itself.

What is this,,,,,,’gun not functioning ‘. I keep my guns clean,, and use many types of ammo,, minimal problems,,, even found that ‘cheap’ Winchester Brown box 9mm works in all my 9mm’s.

I think somebody is tryin’ to snow us and show how important they are by being so darn persnickety about Ammo.
