One of three I can think of....
M1 Carbine, SKS and AR-15. None of them rang my bells. The M1 and the SKS were handy little guns, but I'd just as soon be shooting a .22 and the AR-15 is just too heavy for what it shoots......

whats bad is when you think you really want a certain firearm, then get it and hate and sell it.... but STILL like the idea of it. I find myself doing that with the Win. 100

I think that's the first time, I've heard an AR-15 as too heavy. They are IMHO very lightweight guns. It's all the crap people put on them that adds to the bulk. Then again, I own a Sig556 which IS undeniably heavy. However, I still like it better than the AR and the AK. Go figure.

Notice I didn't say it was heavy, just too heavy for what it shoots....
It's only about 1 lb lighter than a Garand (which shoots a real cartridge.)
