No experience with the Hi-Point, but have the S2K... and love it.

- Shares mags with my G19
- 33 round G18 mags
- Foldability, concealability can't be matched in something with long gun legality. Great SHTF, Truck, camping, crossing state line gun.
- Very accurate

If you get the HiPoint, great. However, I too am surprised you didn't get more suggestions for the SKS. OTOH, that Saiga would be an amazing deal.

I have an SKS, and I like it alot

I've been researching the Hi Point some more and alot of people are saying that people that "don't know anything about guns" are the only people that will buy one.

I happen to know a good deal about guns, and I'm just interesting in trying out something different. Guess there's always haters.

But with the bad reviews out there, I can't help but wonder about its long-term realiability.
