Just bought a 3913 Lady Smith 9MM.

Single stack, compact, with 8 round magazines.

Probably won't carry it, as that job is covered by pocket carry J frames.

Should be fun at the range.

For some reason, an all metal gun appeals to me more than the newer poly guns.

(BTW, I'm not a lady, but liked the way this gun looks)

Does anyone else have a 3913? How do you like it?

I have both the 1st and 2nd generation versions, 39-2 and 639. They are fine handguns. I have been looking for a 3906 to round out to all three generation S&W.
They fit my hand perfectly and are built to last, especially the all steel ones.

When the CMP couldn't bring 1911's on the market I started looking for something else. I got something better - a 4566TSW. About the last one I saw under $500 on GB. Don't regret it one bit.

If I found a LS in a gun case for a decent price I'd be sorely tempted.

I bought my wife one a few years ago & had it slicked up.
A week later she decided she didn't like it, so I "inherited" it.
Shoots pretty good! :)

Great compact 9mm.! The ones I had were well built, very reliable, and capable of the really decent accuracy. If I had one today i would still find a way to work into my conceal carry rotation.

mine has been a very good carry pistol and it has logged many miles with me over the years, easy to operate and shoot.i have never felt undergunned while carrying it. eastbank.

Congrats on your aquisition!! Perhaps the finest single stack 9mm compact made.

I have the 3914NL. I view it as the direct descendant of Paris Theodores ASP pistol. Easy to carry and conceal. Extremely accurate and 100% reliable with a great trigger.

It is my carry gun for those times that I "cant have a gun". Enjoy yours!

Great acquisition.

I recently found a LNIB M-469. A 2nd gen auto, produced 1983-1988. A mini double stack , 12 +1 , 9mm. I had one in the mid 80's and shot it a lot. Traded it on a custom Commander I still have, but missed the gun. Another old, but useful model of Smith autoloader.

Tough to find a holster though. LOL.
